We had lunch today at nom nom nom a hole in the wall cafe
We ordered specialty of the house on offer the malinomnom pizza toppings of tinapa, kesong puti, itlog na maalat with tomatoes and spring onions. The crust is home made. It was good very similar to the pizza of Camalig in Angeles City. I love anchovies better than tinapa but I was happily surprised by texture and there is no tomato sauce by the way. It is served with chili oil.
For appetizers we ordered four play made up of classic salsa, humus, eggplant pate and whole grilled garlic clove which is very good with the chips. 
For Isay we ordered tomato aligue pasta. Nice combination of flavors just the right blend not salty nor sweet.
The hemp pasta. well I was not really blown away by this one. It is the usual pesto. Maybe I was expecting an extra ordinary twist.nom nom nom
