His Love is Constant

I was eating my last fortune cookie from Eng Bee Tin at Ongpin to celebrate the Chinese New Year. I was elated to receive one reaffirming message of faith and love.

I am reminded yet once again that indeed His love is constant.

Prosperity Fruits at Ongpin Chinese New Year

Prosperity fruits for the new year
After eating at nom nom nom today, we took a jeep to Quiapo and a padyak to Ongpin to celebrate the chinese new year. This is the year that valentines day fell on the same day. There were a lot of photographers in China town today.
My favorite photo for the day

At the breakfast table on vday

Got this free cheesecake factory blue berry cheese cake from teriyaki boy banawe branch after the spa. The other heart shape muffin from Isay and Tatay. Friday evening she handed me the dunkin donut box.

Nom nom nom on Valentines day

We had lunch today at nom nom nom a hole in the wall cafe

We ordered specialty of the house on offer the malinomnom pizza toppings of tinapa, kesong puti, itlog na maalat with tomatoes and spring onions. The crust is home made. It was good very similar to the pizza of Camalig in Angeles City. I love anchovies better than tinapa but I was happily surprised by texture and there is no tomato sauce by the way. It is served with chili oil.

For appetizers we ordered four play made up of classic salsa, humus, eggplant pate and whole grilled garlic clove which is very good with the chips.

For Isay we ordered tomato aligue pasta. Nice combination of flavors just the right blend not salty nor sweet. The hemp pasta. well I was not really blown away by this one. It is the usual pesto. Maybe I was expecting an extra ordinary twist.
